Stability	1. In dry air, it is easy to be deliquesced and weatered, generating sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium bicarbonate. 2. In water, it is almost completely decomposed into disodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium hydroxide, soluble in water. 3. The aqueous solution is alkaline.

Use of trisodium phosphate

1. Used as analytical reagent and water softener, also used for the purification of sugar.

2. Used as water softener and detergent, boiler anti-scaling agent, colour-fixing agent in printing and dyeing, mercerizing enhancement agent for fabrics, metal corrosion inhibitor or antirust agent. Used as flux and decolorizer in enamel industry. It is used as degreasing agent and degumming agent in tanning industry.

3. Work quality improver, have to improve the food complex metal ions, pH value, increase the ionic strength of the role, thus improving the adhesion of food and water retention.

4. It can be used as water softener and detergent, boiler anti-scalling agent, colour-fixing agent in printing  and dyeing, mercerizing enhancement agent for fabrics, metal corrosion inhibitor and metal antirust agent, enamel production flux and decolorant, tannery hide degreasing agent and debinding agent. Food grade sodium phosphate dodecahydrate is used as emulsifier, quality improver, nutritional supplement in food processing, as well as detergent for food bottles(can).
