use: Mainly used as rubber antioxidant. Suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber such as nitrile, styrene-butadiene. It has excellent protection against aging caused by heat and oxygen, but has poor protection against flexural aging. It needs to be used in conjunction with antioxidant AW . It is a commonly used antioxidant in the manufacture of tires, hoses, tapes, wires and other rubber products. Since the antioxidant RD has good compatibility in rubber and does not spray out when the dosage is as high as 5 parts, the dosage of the antioxidant can be increased and the anti-aging performance of the rubber can be improved. In rubber products used under dynamic conditions, such as For tire treads and conveyor belts, it can be used together with antioxidant 4010NA or AW.
Main characteristics and applications: It has antioxidant effect, is suitable for almost all types of elastomers in various applications, and has a wide temperature range. -The persistence in rubber gives rubber compounds long-term resistance to thermal aging. - It can prevent the rubber material from being catalytically oxidized by heavy metals - It has high molecular weight, slow migration in the rubber matrix, and is not easy to bloom.
Packaging and storage conditions: Packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene plastic bags (or packed according to foreign business requirements), with a net weight of 25 kg per bag. RD should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight.
