325 mesh sulfur powder production standards:
According to the requirements of the national standard "GB/T 2449-2015 Sulfur" and the industry standard "GB/T2459-2017 Sulfur Powder", the production of 325 mesh sulfur powder should meet the following standards:
1. Appearance requirements: 325 mesh sulfur powder should be yellow or light yellow fine powder, without any impurities and agglomeration.
2. Particle size requirements: The average particle size of 325 mesh sulfur powder should be between 44 and 53 microns, and there should be no obvious uneven particle size.
3. Chemical composition requirements:
Total sulfur content: not less than 99%;
-Ignition residue: not more than 0.5%;
-Moisture content: not more than 0.5%.
4. Packaging requirements: 325 mesh sulfur powder should be packaged in plastic bags or woven bags covered with thin plastic, and the product name, specification model, production date, batch number, implementation standard and other information should be marked on the packaging.
